Need based service packages have been designed & developed by REACH support keeping in view the specific implications and requirements on Non-EU businesses. REACH Support has an extensive network of partner organization in EU that will help easy and effective implementation of REACH. The service packages that are on offer include:

- Online e-learning Certificate Program on REACH Compliance Management
- IUCLID 5 Training Program
In view of the extensive and complex nature of the REACH legislation and its interpretations; the REACH support has developed a service package “REACH Compliance Advisor”. This service package provides a tailor-made guidance concerning what’s implicated, what are specific requirements, what are the specific provisions / options relating to data compilation / sharing and a suggested road map for REACH Compliance, etc. This package has been developed after detailed interaction with industry managers, REACH and legal experts. This service package provides a self contained and tailor-made REACH compliance manual for the company that will help it to develop an implementation plan, and to screen the area where it can implement the REACH compliance activities by its company (using in-house resources) and activities for which it needs to hire external agency / consultant. This shall make the REACH Compliance more cost effective.
Within the REACH only a EU legal entity can register, and in case a Non-EU company / business wants to register its chemical – then it has an option of using the Only Representative route. Only Representative will act on behalf of the Non-EU industry / business and take care of various formalities – as agreed with the Non-EU business in agreement with the Only representative. We have a standard package for Only representative with our partners in EU – that provides a very flexible and cost effective package for the Non-EU businesses.
In addition, REACH support has also developed an e-learning REACH Management Certificate Programme that would help the industry / importers in EU and exporters from Non-EU countries to enhance their understanding on REACH, interpret the articles / provisions of REACH; take advantage of exemptions and other provisions within REACH; cost cutting measures, REACH registration process; Chemical safety assessment; Risk management; compliance management; etc. The duration of this program is four months, beginning on 15th Jan 2008. The registration in the programme will be continuous as the participants will follow an individualized schedule for the programme. This e-learning module is one of the very few programmes that are available on REACH. The programme will help Industry to create an in-house capacity, and also would help the service providers (labs, consultants, legal professionals. etc) to understand and prepare business opportunity unveiled by REACH.
To facilitate the registration process itself, REACH Support has developed a hands-on training programme on IUCLID-5. It’s a tool that the industry should understand to be able to prepare its Technical (Registration) Dossier. The IUCLID – 5 training programme will include the details of what it is, how is it used, what are various functionalities of IUCLID-5, how to fill this template, etc. The programme is of great relevance to the exporters to be able to provide REACH relevant information to its buyers / importers in EU; for exporters that want to register the chemicals on their own; and for the service providers (Labs, consultants) etc.
