Here the REACH legislation is presented in an interactive and extremely user friendly manner. The top frame displays the main article of the legislation along with links to the other articles contained in the main article, given in the bottom frame. Additional information relevant to the articles in the top and bottom frame has been provided in the right hand side menu. This has been done for easy understanding of the directive by the Indian industry. The REACH explained section contains valued added information tuned to the Indian requirements, for the various articles of the REACH legislation that have relevance for the Indian industries. REACH Timeline gives the timetable of the various activities to be undertaken to ensure REACH compliance and for continued exports to Europe. The timelines clearly indicate that in order to achieve REACH compliance within the given time frame the Indian exporters need to start taken proactive measures. The interactive FAQ section presents the REACH FAQ’s according to the needs of the Indian exporters, that shall help them in understanding their immediate obligations within REACH and get started for REACH compliance.
